Should the meteorological situation make it impossible to get back on schedule, the pilots must call the company and report the delays. The hirer is responsible for placing the aeroplane in a hanger to avoid damages caused by rain, strong wind or other unfavourable circumstances when away from the aeroplane's home base. 3.

The hirer bears the expenses for returning the airplane to the home base of the airplane, if it must be parked due to bad conditions at another place. The hirer is liable for all hanger charges, dock charges, landing charges or other charges outside the aircraft's home airport. Accommodation rental is allowed, but with a daily rental price of at least 3 hrs unless otherwise agreed.
