Accountability
Corrections
A clear correction makes the page more useful and the evidence trail stronger.
Report a problem
Check the contact page for the current channel and its launch status. When reporting is available, include:
- the exact page URL;
- the disputed words or tool behavior;
- why they are wrong, incomplete, or out of date;
- a current primary or authoritative source when available;
- the date and jurisdiction involved.
What happens next
- The report is checked against the retained source packet and current evidence.
- A material change is reviewed as a new claim, not treated as copy editing.
- The body hash and review date are updated after approval.
- A material correction receives an explanatory note or a record below.
We may decline a request that asks us to hide an accurate, relevant, well-sourced fact. We will explain the evidence boundary when the requester provides enough information to assess the claim.
