Decode what is included.

Separate the personal item, cabin bag, and checked bag. Then record pieces, weight, dimensions, journey coverage, traveler context, and the consequence of exceeding a limit.

A confident answer in one row does not fill the others. Use the relevant guide when a line is missing or the itinerary changes.

Before the airport

Recheck after the bag or itinerary changes.

Repacking can change the exterior envelope and weight. A ticket reissue, operating-carrier change, reroute, upgrade, or new airport instruction can change which evidence deserves review.

Do not enter names, booking references, ticket numbers, identity documents, payment details, exact addresses, or other sensitive travel information into a worksheet.

These pages do not maintain live airline allowances, prohibited-item rules, airport instructions, capacity, or acceptance outcomes.

Evidence discipline

One answer cannot fill every field.

IATA says allowances and conditions remain airline-specific. The UK CAA also describes variation by destination, airline, and travel class. The seven-field record is Iliamna's inspection framework, not a rule or acceptance result.
