How to use it
Start with current timings for the actual route.
Start with the actual airline, airport, ground operator, and public authority pages for this itinerary. The sources below show why a generic arrival number is not enough: airports can have different processes, airlines can publish exceptions, and travelers can need different assistance or movement time.
Put each task in one phase. Ground travel, terminal access, bag drop, security, walking, and gate readiness belong before takeoff. Flying time and the complete connection process sit in the middle. Arrival controls, baggage, the meeting point, and the onward transfer belong after landing.
Keep a field blank until you have checked it. An explicit zero is useful when, for example, there is no connection or no checked bag. The planner does not call a blank zero and does not show a complete duration until every phase has been addressed.
The two clock anchors are deliberately local. The departure clock is labeled for the origin airport, and the arrival clock is labeled for the destination airport. The page only subtracts or adds your minutes on each clock. It does not infer a travel date, daylight saving change, or time-zone difference.
