MacDonald has been in the air since 1984. Started to fly in Martin County's Witham Field and visited flight safety in Vero Beach, Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University, he began his full-time professional life at the Stuart Jet Center in Witham Field. Scott served as Vice President of the Stuart Jet Center, where he was in charge of the day-to-day FBO operation and domestic commercialization, as well as the Full Services facility maintenance facility administration, multi-modal aircraft charters, airplane and flight attendant administration, and personal handling of all airplane sales transaction.

Previously, he was a member of the General Aviation Fellowship of the NATA Aircraft Charter Committees, the Exxon AVITAT Council, and most recently a member of the Martin County Master Plan Authority. He is currently a member of the Elliott Museum Executive and the Boy Scouts of America Sailfish District Committe.

Scott has since successfully served airplane purchasers and vendors in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and South America. Tammy Pereira: Tammy's 15 years of general aviation expertise covers most aspect of the business, including sale, flying instruction, servicing, part 135 charter, merchandising and client services. Much of her General Aviation career was devoted to serving as Account Manager at Stuart Jet Center, Stuart, Florida.
