Explanation of the invoice and payment options PRORATED fees are monthly fees and make sure that you are billed only the number of consecutive business hours on which the Service was used for that accounting time. Purchase of videos on request, pay-per-view and long haul without Spectrum Voice International Calling Plan can alter your monthly amount. There are a wide range of billing methods available, as well as paying your bill on-line via My Account or the My Spectrum App, in private, by telephone, email or via instant messaging on a computer. Please note: The following methods of payments are acceptable, regardless of how you settle your invoice:

Supplementary qualifying payments differ by options. Please note: The max amount is $1,000. You can pay your invoice with MyAccount online free of charge. Go to the My Accounts page and click Bill. Specify the once-only frequency of payments. Please specify your preferred mode of payments (credit cards, debit cards or accounts). Log in to My account with your TWC® ID.

Go to the My Accounts page and click Bill. Specify Repetitive for the frequency of payments. Please specify your preferred mode of payments (credit cards, debit cards or accounts). As well as the general methods of payments mentioned above, you can also use EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to make payments from your current or saving accounts using My account.

As a first step, you will need to install the My Spectrum App from Google Player for your Android OS or from the App Store for your iPhone. As soon as the My Spectrum App is installed: Choose the invoicing indicator. Touch the Make Payments pushbutton. You can change the amount of the payments, the date of the payments and the method of payments from here.

If you want to create a new paying option, touch Paid option, and then touch Use another paying option. Follow the instructions to type in your credit or debit information and touch Done to validate. In order to display your actual status and the amount due, press Transfer Amount. It is up to you to decide whether you want to settle the amount due, your full amount or an individual amount.

After making sure that all your billing information is accurate, touch Make a payment. They can make transactions at any site or specific processing centre as long as it is located in the same geographical area from which the invoice was created. Additionally to the above mentioned general methods of payment  you can also make a personal purchase by cheque, bank transfer or personal transfer.

There may be a handling charge for cashed and cheque transactions. You can use your plastic or your banking details to conveniently make your bill over the telephone. Please note: A $5.00 charge will be levied if an agency helps you make a telephone purchase.

Additionally to the general methods of payments mentioned above, you can also make a cheque by telephone in case of telephone payments. If you contact a real-time agents, please be aware that a charge may be made for handling payments. Additionally to the general methods of payments mentioned above, you can also make payments by cheque or postal order.

To process your request immediately, send it to the email addresses indicated on your invoice and use the appropriate shipping method. Either insert your most recent bank history into the back cover and/or put your bank history number on your cheque or wire transfer. Credits paid via your online channel must be made from a computer.

Please note: Currently, you cannot accept transactions via face-to-face chats on a smart phone or tray. Tell the instant messenger that you are interested in a transaction. Your email address will be sent to you by the email address you have provided. Fill out the required billing information and click Submit to submit it back to the instant messenger.

Once the transaction has been completed, the instant messenger will give you a verification number. Please note: A $5.00 charge will be levied if an agency helps you make a pay via online instant messaging.
