Booking a Trip with multiple Destinations
Book a trip with multiple destinationsYes, if your trip takes you through two or more towns before you go back to your home town, check the "Multiple destinations" box on the "Make booking" page. If you want to create more destinations, click "Add a destination" at the bottom of the "Where and when" section.
Using this feature, you can also make a stop-over booking: just type in each stage of the itinerary. If you want to make a stop in Dubai on your way from London to Sydney, for example, type "London" and "Dubai" in the first field, then "Dubai" and "Sydney" in the second sentence.
Click on "Add destination" and type "Sydney" and "London" in the last few boxes. This feature also allows you to make a booking for a trip that begins in one town and ends in another after you have passed one or more other towns in between.
Over allows you to reach multiple destinations in a singular trip.
ÜberIndia introduced two new functions for its drivers and drivers' business associates that make it easy for both sides to get in contact. These two new functions, In-App Chats and Multi-Destination, will be introduced gradually, so you may have to delay for a while before they are activated for your Uber accounts.
The two new functions allow you to make your driving easier without having to exit the Uber application. Initially, the multi-destination function deals with a problem that drivers are often confronted with. Rather than having to deal with the rider to find a itinerary, you can now specify multiple destinations when booking a trip.
It is possible to begin booking the trip by typing your final destination in the " Where to " field. You can then press "+" to insert a stop on the itinerary. We recommend that each stop should be restricted to less than 3 min. Multiple destinations are a useful complement because over-drivers are now trying to keep a close eye on the routes on their equipment.
The Directive has applied since it was adopted to disclose in advance the price to be paid instead of pursuing a vibrant price behaviour. Now with the adding of multiple destinations, the driver can take the shorter routes, while the passengers can go to multiple destinations. Besides, Uber has also introduced an in-app chats function.
This function allows drivers and passengers to interact via a live conversation channel. One of the most important features of In-App chats is that it supports native language messaging and informs you when your message was sent and received. In order to use the in-app chats, you must touch the Drivers tab and choose Contacts.
There are two choices - call and talk. Touch the chats and then type your messages. It should be useful if you cannot answer your driver's call, so you can be discrete and at the same time help your drivers locate your whereabouts.
