Clay Lacy managers (General, Assistant, Line) are not trusted, have no health and do not take good care of their staff. Does this review help you find out more about working at Clay Lacy Aviation? There is little concern in the line division for the line managers and this is evident. There is no confidence in the company that would harm such a bustling business on the dock.

An executive who works for the first office has no right to run an whole department...especially if he gets to go crazy! Locked door doesn't mean anything to anyone there. Interdepartmental and managerial conflicts are at their greatest when they deliberately create conflicts. It' s done all the while by executives and other staff and all the while in front of the HR executive, the CFO.

There is no idea in senior management's mind to tell the honest story. Never would I ever refer someone I know and trust to work for this organization. Behind locked gates the executive board is without visibility and without feed-back. Bad mangement. Staff are unfairly handled. I am sure for such a prosperous enterprise that 2 they can allow themselves to better wage their people.

Because Clay Lacy is a run-down old business, its founders have no regard for employees, let alone clients. Remaining executives are mean and cold-hearted.
