Works for Executive Jet Management: staff evaluations

You are in charge of this business from the minute you speak to a recruitment agent. After I was recruited, my manager said to me that the job no longer existed and that I was trapped in that job for which I had not applied.

Well, I wouldn't be applying to this firm, they don't have a way. Your leadership group preaches a great deal, but does not go on foot and thinks that everyone else is except them. Humans leave this enterprise in masses, hence all the jobs that are available here. This is because OS and Charter Fulfillment deal with others in the business like filth and seldom look beyond their borders.

A man in the process of fulfilling a contract who needs to be carefully watched and how he speaks to others on the telephone. I' ve been told that they are run by someone in CMH, but the staff are here in Cincinnati, how can that stand the odor test? The best thing you can do is stay away from this firm.

The FOC management, with the exeption of a management, really takes very little care of its staff. It' the most disorganized firm I ever worked for. Management has no clue about day-to-day business. The majority of the organisation regards you as their BAK valet, but the duty leaders are satisfied if they allow their staff to be harassed by other wards.

You govern with bullying as most folks their it is their first job out of college and they booty on this. Most FOC staff are good individuals. Nice society! However, if you are there and like it, you will never go again; even those who go on good conditions for good reason will never be hired again.

Thrilling society with lots of great faces, new everyday challanges and great advantages. Does this review help you find out more about working at Executive Jet Management? Our business has become too large and very fragmentary. There is a big void between the management and the employees at the front in the everyday work of the group.

It'?s all they say about management. Lots of non-aviation employees working in aircrafts. Incredibly reliable, balanced, growing, salaries, benefits, travelling, security, accountability. Overall, it is a great organization with great advantages for an aerospace pro at work. There are periods that can be somewhat overpowering, but there are the ressources available to help with any problems that arise.

My Executive Jet Management days were very rewarding. Those I worked on, as well as my supervisors, were very knowledgeable and professionally, but they also knew how to make the work pleasant and a good learning area. Occasionally free lunch with the management; Very insightful supervisor; EJM was a great event that introduced me to aeronautics for the first and foremost.

My Dispatch licence and Operational Control certificate were purchased by the organisation. FOC (Flight Operation Center) is a quick, welcoming neighborhood with excellent staff. Little room for progress within the centre as individuals have been doing their job for several years.

I' ve decided to go to improve my aeronautical carrier, but overall I have few bad things to say. It is a very succesful business, supported by one of the biggest privately owned airlines in the globe. Even the mid-level management has had difficulty having a beneficial effect on the remainder of the group.

It is an interesting enterprise with constantly well resourced learning and development possibilities. Most of the time, they are real family-oriented individuals who love to work while staying efficient and at the same time at work. The advantages are the best I've ever seen, and the business is constantly developing and thrilling. And if you're already working there, don't ever go away again!

Big benefit, supporting management, organic opportunity for expansion. Slightly low pay; but air travel tends to run that way. Okay, well, as long as you're on the good side of management. Wonderful companionship all around! Having had 3 different roles at Executive Jet, I learnt so much about flying while working with funny, smart and pros.

This is a firm I would highly appreciate to anyone who wants to work harder but still enjoys working almost every workday. Enjoying the work at Executive Jet, the entire management was kind and always ready to help with any question. A good society and good directions in some areas, but outside of it, management style will range from extremely good developments and attitude to trivialization, degradation and scare.
