When you orbit the globe, the options go far beyond a dietary shift. To some, the ultimative circumnavigation of the world is not an airplane, but a boat. "RTW " options have been available since the beginning of the 1970' era. You can also decorate an off-the-shelf version with a detour to Indochina or an island in Indonesia.
