Taxi service near my number

39 Reviews - Taxis - 210 St Nicholas Ave, Harlem, New York, NY - Telephone number Today I used the Harlem Passenger Service - I was planning a pick-up at 6:15 - The chauffeur phoned me at 5:00 - he was down - I phoned the dispatcher - telling her about the event and asking her to have a 6:15 vehicle - she was evil - let me wait 20 minutes - at last confirm - auto was on schedule - I came to the terminal and asked him how much? 00 I phoned theispatcher - she said it was 39. 100 - for no good cause she began to scream and swear, I often traveled and never had a problem with other garages - Please, don't use this service - I know I'll never do it! Well, whoever was the dispatching man five moments ago, that setting really sucks.

Perhaps you should employ a more pro ffesionalispatcher. I' ve been calling 5 different places just to find the costs that are similar to all of them. Required to come from the 100th and park to the JFK and the dispatchers were very kind to speak to him, and their kind sound stamped the Deal for me.

The driver was at 5 am 3 min ahead of time and took good care of our luggage with a secure ride to the international airports. ANYONE's service!!!!!!!!! I and my husbands are living in Harlem, so we've been calling this place "Harlem" every morning and evening for 7 years, but in recent month they've had the poorest service.

Unless one of the riders is a driver, the dispatchers are. After she hung up three rounds without giving him the chance to speak, I phoned and tried to speak to theispatcher. So I was surprised at how irreverent the dispatchers were with him.

As soon as she heared that I said, "I'll keep a small black rubber sack in the boot of one of the cars that took me from work to my house," she shouted, "I already said that I can't and won't help you, don't let me lose my time," and I' m hanging up too.

I' d be happy if the firm or the executive knew my man was spending $400 alone. You are incompatible with service and do not honour faithful customers. DO NOT USE THIS VEHICLE SERVICE.... ANYONE's service!!!!!!!!! Living and working in Harlem, I've been phoning this firm every morning and evening for 7 years, but in the last 3 month they've had the poorest service.

Unless one is the driver, one is theispatcher. At 12:12 noon on May 19, 2016, I phoned her to let her know that I was leaving a small black polyblot bag in the boot of one of the cars that was driving me from work to my house, but the dispatchers were hanging on one of me three to try to speak to her because every single one she couldn't help me.

In my third conversation with her, when I tried, because once again I simply could not believe that as such a faithful customer she wouldn't even hear me out or tell me why she couldn't help, her answer was: "I don't want to speak to you, you make me lose my precious moment, I said to you, I can't help you" and she's hanging on to me again.

They' re just gonna give you the worse service ever.... Really don't know what's happening to this firm. Had to take a taxi to work for the last 3 weeks because I was on crutches and so I phoned HCS. On the very first day I got the chauffeur I was given the chance to see a vehicle that said he had no receipt and that I had to call the firm and they would email it.

So I did & the lovely dame tells me this is wrong & that she would have a rider who would give the receipts. Then every rider had a slip. There were always two queens answering the telephone when I phoned. The rider passed my suitability a few rounds, some turned around and came back.

Fortunately, I can go now, but if I ever need a taxi, I will use this firm again. Yesterday evening at 3:00 a.m. was a period of need. Well, I phoned Olympia first. After 15 minutes I phoned back to ask how far the taxi was, and the dispatchers said they were sorry, but there are no taxis in the area!!!

It is not certain to get up in the rains with someone who did not feel comfortable in Harlem at the onset. The Harlem Auto Service was number one or number two on the schedule, but I used it immediately. He was a little coarse, but useful, so I was grateful for your help.

Said it would be $14-15. It got there quickly and I think he was trying to burden the prize, but I did tell him the dispatchers said 15 he said ok in a kind of overthrown way and we came in. I' d use this service again if necessary.

Horrible service. I' ve had the most horrible service experiences ever. Working a part-time at Woodbridge NJ, and while looking at the rental companies, I chose to see how much a taxi would pay, because Woodbridge wasn't looking too far away on the card, and I thought it would make it a little simpler (I am traveling with a lot of gear, so I can't go by bus.) I phoned the Harlem Cars Service and got $45 plus toll.

My friendly chauffeur came to pick me up on schedule. As we arrived at my site, he phoned and asked what the ticket price would be. They said $45 to him again. He asked again, and this once the wife said $125. Thats after she said twice that it was $45 (once on the telephone to me and once on the wireless to the driver.) My Driver was a super pretty dear fellow who knew what had been happening and he finally took the hit and brought the charge down to $90.

And the end of the tale is that after 12 p.m. I had to return to Manhattan and give the Woodbridge auto firm all kinds of extra money... in the end I spent 240 dollars on taxis for a position where I didn't do much more than that. However, it is now back at the rent a car for me, and I take the Harlem service from my mobile now.

I' m hoping the friendly rider finds a better position in the firm. On the telephone I gave the young lady my information, she asked if it would be okay if the taxi arrived in 7-8 mins. Thought it was an crash, recalled a few moments later, asked again about my vehicle.

She asked me, cheekily, if I had just phoned and that my vehicle was on its way. Twenty-five moments later, anxious that I might miss my platoon, I phoned a THIRD times to be asked, "Is this a gag? Said to me, "we're not doing this." Unnecessary to say that I was in shock, I immediately returned my call and demanded that I be very serious, I stood at the front of my house and waited for this non-existent one.

I got the tip after another 5 min and just hanged. With all my baggage I went outside and was waiting 10 mins for a taxi to come to my calm neighbourhood. HCS was used to take us to our JFK vacation and the service was flawless. Arrived on schedule, the vehicle was neat and cozy, the chauffeur assisted loading pockets into the boot (even in rain), and the ride was secure and calm (not always assured in New York taxis).

Price was $57 from the 127th St. and Fifth Ave to the airfield, toll included, but no tip. Today a visitor boyfriend used it to return to the terminal, and he sent me an SMS to say that the trip was "great". "Overall, HCS was a dependable, affordable and convenient choice when we asked for cabins.

but it' been a while. It' s midday on New Year's Eve (31.12.13) and my plane starts at 13:50 from Westchester County Airfield. I ran the five trips back to my other daughter's Harlem home, Googleed the Harlem Car Service number, phoned her and told her our circumstances.

Immediately they sent a vehicle, as in, the vehicle was in front of the flat when we jumped back the five planes. Arrived at the airfield in good season, paying by air ticket on the way, the chauffeur was a true professional (as was the dispatcher). Terrible after-sales service.

The taxi arrives to tell me I don't have my own direct debits. Out of the taxi I phoned to ask if I could make the payment by telephone. Having proposed to tell it to the public early, the planner replied: "I don't have to tell you anything".

Poor service, impolite dispatchers, later after the stop at the ATM. Did you like the rider? Did you make sure the chauffeur was there? However, the discourtesy I felt when I shouted for the automobile makes everything else virtually unimportant. always use this firm! You're BS & the lying one! JFK with them, then the rider didn't know the way &lost. He needed 1 hour &15min, no cars, usually less than thirty minutes from my apartment. He still got himself caught in the airport. The firm sent me a fellow who knows nothing about JFK. Now I was missing my plane, losing my $400 job for the next morning, had to spend $$!

Flying 50 varying charge, had to pay cancelation charge for my hotelier tonite like $200. they told me to fetch the bill n they would be paying for it, but when I came to their office, they tried to skew it and said like, "They said the chauffeur to take another route,,,,,,,,,"!!!!!!!.. paid me nothing.

So I was weary of talking to them by asking them to just change the airfare and the cabotage to the airports, but they said to me, "hey, that's after Easter, so things aren't useful,,,,,,, how far can they go? They used their duty on December 30 to go to LaGuardia. On the evening before I phoned to book a vehicle, and the dispatchers were impolite, laughed and had a chat when she picked up the telephone.

The other side - my taxi arrived the next day 15 min earlier and the chauffeur was very friendly to be waiting until I was finished. I was quickly and securely taken to the airfield. I' ll use it on my next trip to New York. Many years ago, but I got a good service that was able to get to the terminal on schedule.

Courteous, sturdy rider.
