You will be charged for your postage and packing and it will be shown at the cash desk. Certain outsize products may not be available for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. Extra postage and processing fees: Extra postage and processing fees may be charged for large, bulk, or specially packaged articles.

If necessary, the extra dispatch and processing costs are displayed on the detailed pages of the products and at the cash register. Orders placed at 12 o'clock CCT will be shipped within 2-3 working hours (working hours are Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Quick- Ship Via UPS Shipment provides quicker shipment. The fees depend on the value of your order.

There may be some large articles not available for this shipping method. UPS express shipping is only available in the 48 bordering United States. White-Glove In-Home Deliveries are available in most areas in approximately 14 business day; deliveries to outlying areas may differ. The order will be fully checked and shipped to the rooms of your choosing where the articles will be unwrapped, installed and the packaging material taken off; the installation of the articles with your available furnishings (headboards, bedside tables, worktops, tabletops, etc.) is not supplied.

Supplementary articles that are not available for home shipment and bought on the same order are suitable for free shipment; they do not cover inspections, unwrapping, assembly, nor packaging material removals. The home shipment cost does not take into account your own shipment costs for products in inventory. In-house deliveries are not possible in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

We will send you an e-mail when our courier service has received your order. They will then call and e-mail you to plan your order within a two-hour shipping time. Persons taking deliveries must be present and at least 18 years of age. 2.
