Is Srilankan Airlines good

Srilankan Airlines good?

Business Class fares are good business. That is not so bad, because there are very good things for business passengers in Sri Lanka. The business class fares of Sri Lanka Air (SLA) are a good business. This lounge is shared with other airlines and not the best. Fully flat seats were really good.

SriLankan Airlines reviews

Hello, I would like to ask Srilankan Airlines seriously for the following enquiry, which I made as a client and with which I really had very bad experiences. On 1 May 2018 I phoned the Sri Lankan airlines and first spoke with [name removed]. Asking him for assistance in updating the name from DiXXshbhai to diXXshchandra, he told me that he is not authorized and does not have much information.

Well, on May 2, 2018, since I didn't get an answer to my question, I phoned again our support team to look for the fix. Wherever the woman with the name[name removed] replied that she would approve the same and there will be small administration charges of 15 to 20 bucks.

Now, at nighttime in Australia, I got the call from [name removed] ("the first speaker I talked to on May 1st") and said that we can now change the name, but the fee will be 70 US dollars, which is three times higher than what was communicated from [name removed].

Now that I was really disappointed, I asked him to let me talk to a higher author. Now, after 15 mins, a dude named [name removed] came on-line. As I asked him, I have to talk to the superior, first he told me that at the time no superior or executive is available.

As I [ name taken away ] compelled that I really have to talk to someone who has a higher authorization after 15 min, he said that the superior is engaged on another call so he will call me back. Understandably, the manager should be employed because the floor personnel are very poorly educated and poorly informed.

Eventually I got a call from the supervisor with the name[name removed]. Once again I told them the whole thing and asked for a number when he said that we can't give the same thing as an intelligible insurance. So after all this I thought that we shouldn't be wasting any of our times because these guys are going to tear me down in one way or another, so I chose to go ahead and call them again when I was going to be paying for the line that got segregated.

Truly wretched servitude. Now, on May 3, I called the Melbourne Bureau and said [name removed] and she set up a fast callback from Sri Lanka when she got the call, the support representative [name removed] talked to me and as a remedy he said I had to give $39 US Dollars which I was paying and asked for an e-mail acknowledgement which he could not start sending but then, as he was insisting, he eventually sent a verification e-mail which confirmed that they had raised funds for the name change.

Half an hours later I got another call from [name removed] from Sri Lanka and said that I have to spend another $7 US dollars as K3Tax, which I really don't know what kind of taxes they ask, even he wasn't willing to hear that I said twice before I spent $39, that's fine, but he just repeated his history.

Asking him to let me talk to a reasonable and accountable individual, he said no one was available. There'?s no feeling for serving customers.
