I and my spouse reserved our flights as individual bookings, when we left the UK we were sitting together and were no trouble with our automatic bookings, on the way to London from Sri Lanka we got places through a very impolite personnel checking where we were at the other end of the aircraft, my spouse is not such a good flier, so that was a big issue, when we inquired at check-in, the employees were not interested and just wanted to talk to each other instead of helping a paying client, stay clear at the time!
