You asked and we were listening and now all drivers in Turkey can make their journeys with cash or debit cards. At Uber, we strive to offer dependable transport for all and everywhere. Therefore, you now have the possibility to make cash or debit cards payments for your XL and taxi commute.

What can I do to make cash payments for XL-Travels? What is the cash method for taxi rides? Payments by bank transfer will be continued as before. It is possible to make your reservation in cash or by paying by your own bank transfer by choosing the method of transport before your journey. It is necessary to have a current Uber bank transfer in order to be able to book a journey and make a cash purchase.

The cash payment is possible for both XL and taxi journeys. For the registration at Uber and the cash payment of uberXL-Travels no data of your bank account are necessary. It is not possible to partly cover the same price in cash and partly by means of payment cards. As with drivers who choose to accept payment by bank transfer, there are no extra fees for drivers who accept cash.
