we had been locked. On June 11th, I chartered a cab. There was no cab and when I called your firm I was informed that the cab had gone to another call... so they sent another cab.

Well, I was satisfied because I've always been with Absolute. On the next morning my grandfather (from which hotel I had ordered the cab on Saturday) called to say that a cab had come for me.... at no time had anyone called another cab.... none of us had gone out. My grandfather called it into question, and the cabbie was angry.

Now I have all the text that confirms when I ordered the cab (on Saturday) and then I have a copy of the phone call etc that confirms that no call was made for Sunday.
