Yesterday evening I phoned a taxi and I was informed that they would be there in 20 min, but they arrived 1.5h later. Then I tried to phone for several long hours after a reverse car, as they advertised that they were open 24 ours but could never get an answer. 24 hour calls were made to the car.

Nor is it possible to send a voice mail to someone who is returning a call just in case they are engaged and cannot reply. I' m really frustrated by the quality of the services, if you can call them services at all, because nobody is answering the telephone and would not suggest them to anyone unless they have no other option.

I' m happy I didn't have an accident because it's the least reliable cab ride I've ever experienced. When they are not a 24-hour cab driver they definitely need to refresh all the web results and the Facebook page to show that they are not. They have no previous experiences with them, but one of their riders is afraid of the city!

Waiting & waiting for my pickup & checking my bankaccount before I went & what did I do? Nobody's taking your phone call. Superb customer and driver support! Whenever you are in Cheveland, I strongly suggest you use A & K Cab, TN we used an A & K taxi to drive from our guesthouse to a local restaurant....both their chauffeurs once courteous!!!!!!
