If they weren't there on schedule this mornin', I phoned and the first response was that there was no order, but they would come. But when they didn't show up, I phoned again and was informed that the taxi had been at my home before and that nobody came out.

As I said that I phoned to check the previous morning, the lady on the telephone asked a man next to her if I had phoned and said he said I was not, and essentially said I was a lying person. Another call on another morning the lady said to me that she didn't know how to tell these things after telling me that there was no permanent collection order.

At the moment the lady answering the telephone was telling me that my girl was never collected this morning and there was no order to collect her this evening. She got into the taxi and she was too late to go to class this mornin' too.

Not only was this a unique one with them, it was a 3 week everyday one. Well, I phoned and they said the cab was on its way. Thanks Cathy for being so sympathetic, too shame you're only on Fridays, maybe all those poor reviews wouldn't be out here about your company.
