Seeing that zoning is established, each zoning still has its own guidelines and practices for taxiing. Three of the areas, for example, restrict the number of cab cars digitally. Nevertheless, registered rolling stock must comply with the same rolling stock specification and licence terms in each area. Cornwall has six Hackney Carriage Areas.

Two licenses are needed to authorize a Hackney ride. Every car must have a Hackney carriage driver's license, and every chauffeur of these registered cars must have a Hackney carriage driver's license. Furthermore, all self-employed and employer-bound rental companies must be in possession of a license for privately owned landlords. Prior to applying, we suggest that you consult the Admissions Board in the area you wish to work in to make sure you get the right counsel.
