Warrington Harry's TaxiA very impolite man on the telephone when he ordered a taxi was very skeptical and declined to take us to a goal more than 2 mile away! Every mornin' I call a taxi for work and the cabs always show up on schedule, I couldn't influence the moment.
Terrible, a taxi ordered early in the morning for 1 a.m. and until 1.30 a.m. they still couldn't come and get us and confirm how long it would take. Totally gross, bad quality of services, something so easy, done so bad. If UBER comes to Warrington earlier and this firm moves out of that store, the better.
For 5 hrs I called this taxi company before being met by a friend. I'm worried the taxi services were not working. When I asked if I could get a taxi, the owner was very impolite and said that "it matters where you're going, I suppose". The taxi was half an an hour too late, so I had to buy twice the price to get home because it was half past noon.
So the only good thing about this was that the rider was really kind and had many discussions with me, and he deserved an honour for his work in a nasty way like this. Operators are so impolite, very haughty and have no ability in serving people. Harrys really needs managers to think about retraining their employees in CS knowledge and how to talk to clients in a fun way.
be frightening as I use this firm all the while, but not anymore! Horrible services, even if you reserve in advanced. I am a repeat client of Harry's Taxi because I use it every single day I go to work and return home and when I have to go somewhere else, even if their prices are slightly more than ABBA.
I am not very satisfied with most carriers as they can be very impolite and angry when they talk to clients and sometimes just hang up the telephone even if I am not through. In my opinion, most carriers need to attend a course on how to provide services so that you can understand how to handle your clients properly and politely.
Hopefully the taxi company owners will be conscious of the attitudes of most call providers as they give the company a poor name. When someone from this taxi company talks to me again impolite ly, I will definitely let the locals know how you are treating your clients, as this is not at all correct....
Nasty client services. I had to make two bookings because there were no showtaxis. Nasty attitudes of the user on the telephone. I was very frustrated, waiting a little over 20 min and called to see where my taxi was, with the answer that it would not take long. And when it got there, I went around to the taxi and when I got there, it left.
Waving and the rider ignored me as I walked down the street. When I called to find out what was going on, I usually didn't have any problems, the owner apologized, but still didn't get the kind of support you expected. I' m not going to use this facility anymore, I' m going somewhere else.
It' hard to find a dependable taxi company in this city. Had they said to me that it would be twenty to twenty-five minute, I could have called another one, there was no apology, no accidents today or a lot of travel, just generally bad servicing by that special chauffeur in a silvery state.
Completely repulsed by the hiring of this lady, "My taxi was pre-booked for 6 p.m. on a Thursday night, I received a text saying that my taxi was shipped at 5.56 p.m., at 6.08 a.m. I called and got this lady who said that everything I could say was on its way, she didn't know how long it would take, I asked her where it would come from to take so long," it came from Manchester?
Unreliable firm!!!!! not good at providing customers with support, First I want to confirm to the general audience that Harry's taxi department is DISGRACEFULLE. It was disgusting the setting of the middle-aged woman on the telephone and from what I read in the preceding review I would say that a tremendous amount of human beings agrees with myself.
A taxi I book ed 1 hours in advanced for work, I call half an hours in advanced to ask if the text system is working, I was sure it was working. I' ve called this cab several nights and it's always the same woman answering. Everyone I had was courteous, talkative and kind.
It'?s not the first goddamn thing she ever attacked me for! The taxi was always gone and I wasn't allowed to look out the windows. As I was there, I phoned back and asked them to resend the taxi and they declined. Really bad client services, impolite and they hung up the telephone more than once.
I took a taxi another day and the taxi drove up the fee almost 3x and when I phoned to make a complaint, the man never phoned me back!
