Booking Jet Ticket

Fare, timetable and additional information and booking service for domestic and international flights. "A " PASSENGER" means any individual, other than a member of the flight crew, transported or intended to be transported on an aeroplane with the agreement of the carrier....

"A " PASSENGER" means any individual, other than a member of the flight crew, who, with the agreement of the carrier, is being or is to be carried on an aeroplane.... "Conveyance " means the conveyance of persons and/or luggage by air, whether free of charge or against payment, which is considered as equivalent to conveyance. "FRATUITOUS CARRIAGE" means the conveyance of persons or luggage named by an carrier and conveyed or conveyed free of charge without payment of the price of airfare for general aviation.

"TRANSPORT " means an airline and comprises the airline that issues the ticket and any airline that carries or provides any other service related to the transport of the passengers and/or their luggage under it. "AGREEMENT " means the Agreement for the Unification of Certain Regulations Governing International Aviation, done at Warsaw on 12 October 1929 (hereinafter referred to as "the Warsaw Convention") or this Agreement as revised at The Hague on 28 September.

"INNATIONAL TRANSPORT" (except where the above provision provides otherwise in the Convention) means any transport operation which is not an internal transport operation within the meaning of the Warsaw or Warsaw Conventions, as revised at The Hague in 1955, or the Montreal Conventions, but in which, under the terms of which the place of dispatch and the place of arrival are located in more than one State.

"CONTRACT CONDITIONS" means those terms and provisions included in or supplied with your Ticket which are marked as such and which contain these Terms of Carriage and this Notice. "TARIFF " means the full price fixed for a standard, periodic or ordinary work. "Sondertarif " means a tariff other than the standard tariff.

"TAG " means calendars, Sundays and public holidays included; provided that the date on which the advice is sent is not included in the count for the purposes of giving the advice; and for the purposes of calculating the period of effect, the account of the date on which the Ticket is made out or the date on which the journey commences is not included.

"STOPOVER " means a prearranged stop by the transporter of the customer at a place between the place of dispatch and the place of final destination. 3. "TARGET " means the final stop as defined in the transportation contract.17 "Check-in" means the process comprising the allocation of seats, issuing of Boarding Passes, luggage collection, etc., carried out by the air company to prepare Passengers for embarkation.

CHFECK-IN refers to the process of allocating seats, issuing a boarding card, collecting luggage, etc., carried out by the carrier to prepare the passenger for embarkation. "The " CHECK-IN DEADLINE " means the deadline set by the carrier for the passenger to complete the check-in procedures and receive the boarding card.

"bag bag" means any object, article or other item of private ownership of a person which is necessary for the carrying, use, comfort or ease of travel of that person. Except as otherwise stated, luggage shall include both check-in and carry-on luggage of the customer. "hold baggage" means luggage carried on the aeroplane the transport of which is the responsibility of the carriers and for which the carriers have issue a hold ticket.

"unchecked baggage", which is equal to carry-on allowance, means cabin allowance. "hold bag" means a carrier's original documents identifying and carrying hold baggage. Travel from one point to another and repatriation on different routes from which the outward and repatriation journeys have taken place are also considered as outward and repatriation journeys, provided that the outward and repatriation journeys are made under the same tariff.

"TICKET FOR CONNECTION" means two or more simultaneous passes made out to one person and forming a transport agreement. "DAMAGES " means deaths, injuries, delays, losses or other damages of any kind resulting from or in relation to the transport or other service provided incidentally by the carrier. 3. "DIRECT DAMAGES" means the cost to the passenger or other cost backed up by proof resulting from or relating to the lost, damaged or late luggage delivered.

There is nothing in these Conditions of Carriage and other tariffs which alters or distorts any of the provisions of the Convention. The carriage of passengers and/or baggage is governed by these Conditions of Carriage and other tariffs in force on the day the Ticket is reserved. The present Conditions of Carriage and the terms and conditions laid down therein may be modified without prior warning if they are necessarily necessary in accordance with the provisions of the laws, statutes, government, order or improvements to services.

Changes after the start of a trip, however, do not apply to the contract of transportation in question, and these changes will be communicated in advance by publication on the homepage or by other means. 2 ) For the transportation of passengers and/or luggage by Code Share, these Conditions of Transport apply. 1 ) The ticket is for transportation from the point of origin to the point of destination by the method indicated in the ticket and for transportation by booking category.

2 ) Unless otherwise specified in the Ticket, the Ticket shall be valid for 1 year from the date of carriage and for 1 year from the date of issue in the case of all Tickets not used. Booking classes on the ticket and booking classes in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) must match.

If the above booking category deviates, the carriage of the relevant person may be refused and carriage authorised after payment of the specified differential. 1 ) Canceling or postponing the trip during the term of travel; 2 ) Failure to make a planned stop which is the passenger's point of origin, arrival or stop over; 3 ) Failure to perform a trip appropriately and on time; 4 ) Causes the customer to miss a connecting service (Differences in fares or charge endorsements for other connecting flights are not paid); 6 ) Failure to supply previously certified seats.

If a passenger presents a doctor's note, he must also cover the difference in fares. 3 ) If a passenger dies during the journey, the tickets of the immediate companion or any other person travelling with the passenger may not be renewed for more than 45 consecutive workingdays from the date of his/her deathbed.

4 ) If a ticket is purchased at a reduced rate with minimal residence conditions, the minimal residence obligation is not applicable on production of a document of decease or a copy thereof for those who are; b. Other individuals who actually accompany a deceased traveller on the journey. 1 ) A ticket is only binding for the mentioned individual and is not assignable.

Except where banned by an administrative order, the restrictions, prohibitions or extra stopover fees set out in the airport fare and specified in the ticket on the basis of a prior arrangement with the air carrier shall apply. 2 ) Except for the fees specified specifically in the relevant fare, the fees shall apply in both directions and shall be levied on the nominated journey in respect of the fees.

3 ) In the case of a voluntarily changed original ticket, the fare and charge for the passenger's travel shall be re-calculated in accordance with the fare and charge valid on the date of the modification and shown on the Ticket. 5 ) Unless otherwise specified in the fare in force, the fare rates quoted in the fare shall authorise the person concerned to take a ticket for the corresponding category.

In case the price between two points is not separately announced, the price will be calculated according to the valid price. 2 ) Unless otherwise provided in the acts, ordinances, requirements and/or rules of the Korean Won governments, payment in any foreign currencies shall be made at the rates of exchange of the price of the published ticket and/or of the fees in any other currencies at the bank's Monday rates purchased by the Client.

a. The Friday Tariff of the preceding Friday is used from Tuesday of this Monday to Monday of the following Monday, if this Monday is a public Holiday. b. In the case of refunds of fares and tickets purchased in Korean currencies, the Bank's rates applicable on the date of the refunds will apply.

The ticket is considered accepted if the reserved ticket and the corresponding booking documents correspond to the booking system of the carrier. Passengers who are in possession of an open-date ticket or voucher that has not been used, or who wish to modify the booked booking into another booking, are not eligible for priority right when making one.

1 ) The booking of open-jaw or return travel cards may be accompanied by an obligation to re-confirm the booking within a specified period of inactivity. 2 ) The passenger should review the confirmation requests of all other air carriers participating in the itinerary. If necessary, the passenger should confirm this again with the airline whose air ticket identification codes appear on the ticket.

2 ) The scheduled duration may vary from aerodrome to aerodrome according to the circumstances of the aerodrome, and the passenger must be conscious of this and punctual. c. The carriage of passengers or baggage may compromise or impair the security, medical condition or personal comforts of other passengers or crews; d. The passenger's intellectual or bodily condition, whether impaired by drink or drug abuse, constitutes a danger or threat to himself, others, the crews or property; e. The passenger's personal condition or personal injury, whether caused by terrorism, terrorism or any other cause, whether caused by or in connection with the carriage of passengers or baggage, is a threat or threat to the passenger's personal well-being, or that of other passengers, crews or properties; e. The passenger's personal condition or that of other passengers, persons, personnel or persons is such as to constitute a threat or threat to the passenger's or other persons' personal life, limb or personal integrity or well-being.

2 ) The transportation of unsupervised children, handicapped persons, expectant mothers, patients or persons in need of particular help can only be recorded if the information required by the carrier has been provided and the carrier is able to refuse the transportation without prior information. 3 ) The passenger must communicate with the nearest local office of the passenger's flight office at the time of purchase of the ticket and report the handicap, gestation, illness and others, then ask for the necessary equipment, and the carrier may decide on the means of transport on the basis of information provided in beforehand by the passenger, such as handicapped persons, expectant mothers, patients and others.

If the passenger wishes a passenger transport operation that cannot be provided due to restrictions in the carrier's facilities, installations or other facilities, the passenger may be denied boarding. 4 ) The categories of passenger required to give information in anticipation of the carriage of a passenger requiring specific support from the carrier are as follows.

Those air transporters may at any time be removed from board and denied boarding and may be subject to prosecution for criminal acts while on board the aeroplane. Baggage shall be carried in accordance with the Conditions of carriage in force on the date of departure specified in the Ticket and other relevant fares.

3 ) All hold baggage must be correctly packaged in a trunk or similar containers to guarantee secure carriage with normal diligence in use. Brittle or corruptible items, cash, jewellery, cutlery, tradable paper, stocks and bonds or other valuable items, specimens or commercial documentation could not be in hold baggage or will not be acceptable as hold baggage.

2 ) The following objects may be taken by persons in the cab free of cost in their possession in addition to those referred to in the first subparagraph. 3 ) Notwithstanding the first subparagraph, the air carrier may take onboard baggage so unwieldy or breakable that one or more seating positions up to a limit of 75 kg (165 pounds) per seating position must be locked or used, provided that the mass of the luggage so transported is not taken into account in the determination of the passenger's free luggage capacity or his/her overcharge.

For this baggage per seating position, the rate to be applied shall be the normal ticket price that would have been invoiced to an adult who occupies the seating position for the particular trip at the moment of booking the extra seating position. 1 ) By way of derogation from the provisions of the relevant fares, baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance referred to in paragraph 6 shall be subject to a special excess baggage fee in accordance with the fares in force on the date of issue of the free baggage label.

4 ) If the passenger's journey is modified or his carriage canceled, the rules governing the extra cost of carriage or reimbursement of carriage shall also apply to the cost or reimbursement of the surcharge. B. In the event of diversion or annulment of carriage, the rules governing the reimbursement of surcharges or fare shall also apply to the reimbursement or reimbursement of overweight baggage and value added tax.

However, there will be no reimbursement of the value fees for the part of the journey concluded. 1 ) Baggage is either check-in to be taken to a location outside the destination or is not on the journey specified on the ticket. 2 ) Baggage shall be screened and taken to a location outside the next stopover.

4 ) Baggage is check-in to be taken to a location outside a point where the passenger does not have a booking. 5 ) Baggage shall be screened to be taken to a location beyond a point at which the passenger is to make a connection and that departure shall be from an aerodrome other than that at which the passenger is to dock.

6 ) Baggage shall be screened to be taken to a place beyond a point at which the passenger wishes to take back ownership of such baggage or any part thereof. 7 ) Baggage will be check-in to be shipped to a location beyond a point where not all fees have been made.

1 ) The periods indicated in the schedules or elsewhere are indicative and not warranted and do not constitute an integral part of the transport agreement. 3 ) An involuntary diverted ticket holder is allowed to keep the free baggage for the original ticket price. 2 ) Except as provided below, the refund will be made to the individual specified on the Ticket as a Ticket Holder. a. The Tickets will be refunded to a bank balance of the individual to whom this bank balance has been provided. b. The Tickets will be refunded to the individual specified on the Ticket.

Where the buyer specifies the identity of the individual to be reimbursed at the moment of sale, the reimbursement shall be made to that individual. Otherwise, the reimbursement will only be made to the buyer or the passenger. 3 ) Reimbursements made in agreement with the individual who presents himself as a personal, business or agency identified or identified in the reimbursement form are considered a reimbursement.

Every reimbursement is governed by the law, regulation, rule or order of the original purchasing jurisdiction and the reimbursement jurisdiction. Except as provided above, reimbursements shall be made in the currency in which the Ticket was charged, in the lawful tender of Korea, in the tendering tender of the reimbursement or in the tender of the Ticket purchase in an amount equal to the amount due in the original collection tender.

Upon request for reimbursement in Korea, however, reimbursement shall generally be made in Korean won, the Korean lawful equivalent. 2 ) The amount of a optional reimbursement shall be as follows: a. If no part of the tour has been performed, the amount of the reimbursement shall be the ticket price purchased less any Applicable Handling or Handling Fee. b. If a part of the tour has been performed, the amount of the reimbursement shall be the differential between the full ticket price and the amount of the ticket price and the costs incurred for the completed stage of the tour.

Possible processing costs or cancellations will be subtracted from this amount. Above, as if this ticket had been used to a point where the transportation of human trafficking is not forbidden. If no part of the journey has been undertaken, the amount refunded will be the ticket price purchased. b. If part of the journey has been undertaken, the amount refunded will be the amount calculated according to any of the following.

1. An amount equivalent to the single ticket price (or, in the case of round trips, half the round trips ) and the cost of the carriage without use from the time of completion until the destination or intermediate point indicated on the ticket or until the time at which carriage is to resume.

Reductions granted in the initial price will also be taken into account in the reimbursement. 2. The discrepancy between the price of the ticket and the price used for transport. Part of the ticket price will not be refunded if floor transfers are not used.

Current levies, duties and tributes levied by the authorities or the operators of airports recoverable from passengers are additional to those levied on public tariffs and dues. Passengers are liable to payment of any new duty, levy or levy levied after the ticket has been issued. 1 ) The passengers must present all departure, immigration and other documentation prescribed by the law, regulation, order, requirement or requirement of the country in question.

Passengers must, upon request, participate in checks on their luggage by custom or other official of the State. The Easter Jet does not accept any liability towards the passengers if they fail to comply with this state. Transportation under one Ticket or under one Ticket and each contiguous Ticket made out in combination with several consecutive Carriers shall be considered as a one and only transaction. If this is the case, responsibility for damages incurred in respect of the passenger's travel in any particular transport service shall be governed by the conditions of transport of the carrier of the service in question and shall not be assumed for the service provided by other carriers.

1 ) International carriage under these Conditions of Carriage shall be governed by the rules concerning liability and limitations set forth in the Warsaw Convention or in the Warsaw Convention as revised by the Hague Convention of 1955 or the Montreal Convention. b. These Conditions of Carriage and the rates, rules and schedules (but not the timetables of departures and arrivals referred to therein) which may be consulted at any of its bureaux and at any of the airports from which it conducts scheduled air transportation.

3 ) The name of the air carrier in the Ticket may be shortened and the air carrier's addressee shall be the point of origin indicated opposite the first shortening of the air carrier's name in the Ticket; and for the purposes of the Convention, the places indicated in the Ticket and the Carrier's schedules as regular stops on the passenger's journey, other than the point of origin and the point of arrival, shall be the places which have been specified.

There is a full description of the names and abbreviations of the individual carriers in the current fares. Easter Jet's total liabilities other than b. are restricted to 250 French gold francs or its equivalents (the United States equivalence is approximately $20 ) per kilogramme in the case of hold luggage and 5,000 French gold francs or its equivalents (the United States equivalence is approximately $400) per person in the case of unhold luggage or other items of ownership.

Upon shipment of any part, but not all, of check-in luggage to the Passenger or in the case of partial but not total deterioration of such luggage, Easter Jet's responsibility for the non-delivered or deteriorated part, regardless of the value of any part of the luggage or its contents, shall be proportionally limited to the aircraft's mass.

For unchecked luggage, as well as unchecked luggage, passengers are responsible only if the damages are due to their own negligence or that of their staff or representatives. Easter Jet's responsibility shall in no case be greater than the real damages caused to the passengers. However, if Easter Jet delivers and receives goods to and from Easter Jet, such goods shall be considered within the scope of the Luggage Assessment and Limitation of Warranty and shall be governed by Easter Jet's posted fares and fees. f. If Easter Jet makes out a ticket or inspects luggage for transportation on another airline's routes, Easter Jet shall do so only as an representative of such airline, except with regard to code share travel.

If Easter Jet is the first airline or the last airline to take Easter Jet, Easter Jet shall not be responsible for the deaths, injuries, or delays of the passengers or for the losses, damages, or delays of hold luggage not taking place on its own route; Easter Jet shall not be responsible for the losses, damages, or delays of hold luggage not taking place on its own route, except that the passengers shall have the right to take legal proceedings against Easter Jet for such losses, damages, or delays in accordance with the conditions herein set out if Easter Jet is the first airline or the last airline to take Easter Jet, or if Easter Jet is the first airline or the last airline to take Easter Jet, for such losses, damages, or delays in hold luggage not taking Easter Jet, for such losses, damages, or delays in hold luggage not taking Easter Jet, except that the passengers have the right to take Easter Jet legal proceedings for such losses, damages or delays in accordance with the conditions herein set out.

Actions for damages arising during the carriage of passengers and baggage, whether by way of agreement, tortious act or otherwise, may be instituted only under the terms and limitations laid down in the Agreement. If the baggage is delayed or lost, the complaint must be made within 21 workingdays after the date on which the baggage was made available (in case of delay) or should have been made available (in case of loss).

If the transport is not "international transport" within the meaning of the "Convention", a dispute may be brought even if there is no communication of the opposition in question, provided that the applicant for damages provides evidence of the following. In the event that any clause included or referenced in the Ticket or in the Conditions of Transport or other relevant fares is in breach of any compulsory laws, regulatory requirement, regulation or requirement, such clause shall continue to apply to the full est unless it is thereby invalidated.
