The customer calls the taxi from his smart phone or tray (with Anroid operating system), communicates his position via voice recognition, via Bluetooth, and speaks immediately with the nearest taxi, can estimate the arrival time and the waiting time. The system directs the call through Automatic Speech Recognition to the nearest column, where a taxi driver answers and confirms his arrival: if the operator is temporarily absent from the taxi column (after two attempts), the system directs the call in the order of distance to the second column, or the system "turns" the call directly to the nearest taxi, which can estimate the time of arrival.

The waiting time will be shorter, as will the amount on the meter when you get into the taxi.

2 - make sure that the rider activates the counter when you start....have seen some reviews in which as in other large towns where travellers do not know the roads, some taxi riders will be avoiding going straight, fast and walking for long distances. Sometimes I appreciate that the roads of Rome don't always allow the most straightforward way either.....
