3.1.1.1 We will only carry the passenger specified in the Ticket and you may be asked to present an appropriate identity document. Except as otherwise provided by local law, a ticket is not assignable. Some tickets are available at reduced prices and may not be refunded in full or in part.

They can also make sure that you have adequate coverage to deal with cases where you need to void your tickets. If you have a tickets, as described under 3.1. If you are unable to make the journey due to force majeure, provided that you inform us immediately and prove such force majeure, you will receive a refund from us for the non-refundable amount of the fares for journeys made with us in the near term, less a reasonable administrative charge.

It is and will remain the sole ownership of the air operator that issued the tickets. Except in the case of an Electronic Fare, you are not eligible for carriage on a Flight unless you present a current Fare containing the Airfare Coupon for that and all other non-used Airfare Coupons and the Passenger Coupon.

Furthermore, you are not eligible for carriage if the Ticket presented is maimed or if it has been modified other than by us or our agent. With an Electronic Ticket, you are not eligible for carriage on a flight unless you clearly identify yourself and a current Electronic Ticket has been properly made out on your behalf.

If you lose or damage a Ticket (or part thereof) or fail to produce a ticket containing the Passenger Coupon and all non-used Flight Coupons, we will, at your option, substitute that same Ticket (or part thereof) for a new one, if there is proof,

You agree to indemnify us against all expenses and loss, up to the value of the initial Tickets, necessarily and reasonably suffered by us or any other carrier for the abuse of the Tickets.

Exhibiting air carriers may levy a handling fine of an appropriate amount for this type of services, unless the losses or mutilations are due to the fault of the exhibiting air carriers or their representatives. In the absence of such proof or if you do not enter into such an arrangement, the airline that issued the new ticket may demand that you reimburse the full fare for a substitute fare, unless and until a reimbursement is made, if and when the initial airline that issued the new fare is convinced that the missing or garbled fare has not been used prior to its expiration.

If you hand over the initial tickets to the carriers who issued the new tickets before they expire, the above refunds will be handled at that point. 7 A fare card is precious and you should take appropriate steps to protect it and make sure it is not wasted, lost, stolen, damaged or maimed.

Unless otherwise specified in the ticket, these conditions or the tariffs in force (which may restrict the validity hereof, in which case the restriction will be displayed on the ticket), a single flight shall be deemed for: 1: a) one year from the date of issuance; or b) one year from the date of the first trip under the Tickets, except for the first trip within one year of the date of issuance.

If you are barred from traveling within the Ticket's term of validity because we cannot make available room for your booking to you at the moment of your Booking Enquiry, the Ticket's term of validity shall be prolonged until we are able to validate a booking in accordance with the terms and condition governing the fare in question, or you may be eligible for a reimbursement under Section 10.

If you are unable to make the trip within the Ticket's term of validity due to sickness after the commencement of your trip, we may (under the terms of the fares in force) prolong the term of your Tickets until the date on which you become eligible to make the trip, or until our first subsequent flights, from the date on which the trip is restarted, when the seat in the classes of services for which the price has been purchased is available.

In the event that the Air Ticket contains one or more stops within the Ticket's remainder or, in the case of an eTicket, the eTicket includes one or more stops, the Ticket's expiry date may be prolonged for a maximum of three month from the date specified on the relevant certification. We will also prolong the expiration of tickets from other members of your immediate relatives who accompany you under these conditions.

If a passenger dies on the flight, the tickets of those travelling may be changed by either foregoing the right to at least the temporary residence or renewing their period of validity. 4. If a passenger dies in the immediate custody of a passenger who has started the journey, the ticket of the passenger and that of his immediate custody may also be changed.

Such change shall be made upon receiving a current death certificate and such renewal shall not exceed forty-five (45) calendar weeks from the date of your deaths. Your purchase of a fare shall be limited to the carriage indicated on the fare from the point of embarkation to the point of disembarkation via all agreed stopovers.

Your price is calculated on the basis of our rate and applies to carriage as indicated on the ticket. Not all coupons will be used in the order indicated in the ticket and the ticket will not be accepted and will become invalid. If you wish to modify any aspects of your transport, you must previously consult us.

Your new shipment will be charged and you will have the opportunity to accept the new rate or maintain your initial shipment as noted. In the event of force majeure forcing you to modify any part of your carriage, you must notify us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to take you to your next stopover or your ultimate destination without recalculating the ticket charge.

In the event that you alter your transport without our consent, we will determine the proper rate for your real trip. Payment must be made for any discrepancy between the amount of money you have spent and the overall amount of money you will be charged for your modified carriage. Please note that while some changes may not lead to a flight charge reversal, others, such as changes in point of origin (e.g. if you are not flying the first segment) or reversal of heading, may lead to a charge up.

In many cases fare reductions are only available on the date and for the air travel indicated on the tickets and cannot be modified or can only be modified against a surcharge. Every Air Coupon included in your Fare Coupon will be accepted for transportation in the Air France on the day and route on which the seat is reserved.

If a ticket was initially made without a booking, the seat may be reserved later provided our fare and the seat is available on the desired trip. You can abbreviate our name in the ticket with our Airline Designator Code or otherwise.
