Please take this into account as the passengers read these conditions: "A " PASSENGER" means any individual, other than members of the flight crew, transported or to be transported on an aeroplane in accordance with a flight coupon. "ASSOCIATED STOP SITES" means these places, with the exception of the places of embarkation and disembarkation, which are listed in the Tickets or in the flight schedules of the Air Carriers as planned stops on the Passenger's journey.

"BAG " means the passenger's own belongings that accompany him in the context of his journey. Except where otherwise stated, it shall consist of both hold and hold luggage. "Luggage screening" means the parts of the Ticket relating to the transport of the passenger's hold luggage. "Luggage Pass Day" means a paper record created exclusively to identify hold luggage.

"HANDBAG " means all pieces of luggage of the passenger with the exception of checked luggage. "STOPOVER " means a planned stop on the passenger's voyage at a point between the place of embarkation and the place of arrival. "Customs " means the tariffs, fees and/or related terms and conditions of an air carrier which, where applicable, are made public and submitted to the competent authority.

Should any part of these Conditions of Carriage be or become void under the laws in force, the remaining parts shall nevertheless continue to apply. When travelling abroad, the validity of the pass must be at least 6 month from the date of departure. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate journey documentation is compiled and prepared as necessary.

Please ask all travelers to verify the precise requirements and procedures for travelling and obtain confirmation from the relevant national embassy. On all international routes, the only pass that would be accepted would be a current one. Certain tickets are available at reduced prices and may not be refunded in full or in part. Amount of any and all applicable levies, customs and excise dues, levies or supplements to be paid by the Passenger shall be charged at the time the Ticket is issued. Once prepaid luggage has been acquired, it cannot be reversed or partly used as individual luggage. For example, if you purchase 5 kg and do not want to take extra luggage, the same cannot be canceled OR 5 kg is purchase and extra luggage is 4 kg, then the remainder of 1 kg is not transferable/not refundable/not re-usable.

Every prepaid excess baggage plate can only be reserved once, i.e. per PNR / per passenger / per sector. Registered baggage must bear the passenger's name or other unique identifier. Sports/ski gear, golf pouches, large stringed instrument cases, bicycles, surfboards, large screen televisions (LCD) and LEDs (LED) larger than 39 inch and other such large and/or oversized objects are referred to as special baggage.

Exceptional luggage, if recorded as hold luggage, is subjected to a handling fee as indicated in the following grid: Illuminated LED/LCD televisions for sizes 39 inch and below are handled like regular check-in luggage. Carry-on luggage should not be larger than (L+B+H) - 55cm+35cm+25cm total 115cm (45 inches) on Boeing routes and 50cm+35cm+23cm total 108cm (42.5 inches) on Bombardier routes. Carry-on luggage may be 7 kg (including laptop and free checked bags) per parent and per infant (any person over 2 years of age).

Passengers may not hold any cash, currencies, jewellery, metals, computer equipment, computer equipment, tradable paper or instrument, security or other valuable item, commercial document, passport or other identity document or sample in their hold luggage.

If it is necessary to transport these objects (at the passenger's risk), they should be transported in the passenger's hand luggage in the car. The holder of the luggage registration voucher and the luggage registration voucher alone shall be entitled to the extradition of hold luggage. If as a consequence of the behaviour of a passenger of the type referred to in Article 11(1). Passengers are solely responsible to obtain all necessary documentation and visa and to comply with all applicable law, regulation, order, requirement and travelling rules of the country from which they fly, enter or use.

Intermediate and terminal travellers should keep their Boarding Card at hand for the purpose of checking physically at points of passage. If the Montreal Convention 1999 is applied, this responsibility is restricted to a limit of 1,131 SDR (approx. 1,800 USD) per person for hold and unhold luggage. The Warsaw Convention 1929 limits responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged luggage unless a higher value is stated in writing and extra fees are made.

Most Warsaw Convention 1929 international trips (including the home part of international travel) have a maximum legal exposure of approximately US$9.07 per lbs (US$20.00 per kg) for hold luggage and US$400. Package 00 per person for hand luggage. Passengers must be in possession of all necessary documentation and visa and comply with all applicable international law, regulation, ordinance, requirement and requirement.

On international connecting services, check-in begins 03 hrs ahead of flight time and closes 60 min (75 min on Dubai and Kabul) ahead of flight start date, and on national connecting services, check-in begins 02 hrs ahead of flight start date and closes 45 min ahead of flight start date.

In the case of all international (non-Indian) credit/debit cards, the payment must be presented for checking at the desk if the customer is the holder of the payment ticket. In the event that the Ticket Holder does not travel, it is imperative that the Traveler present a copy of the front of the credit/debit cards properly authorised by the Ticket Holder as well as the current ID of the Ticket Holder to the Flughafen check-in personnel.

If there is no such credit/debit or copy and/or discrepancy in our identification, we shall be obliged to deny carriage. The tariffs are available for national and international bookings. Only for direct and via flight. The full luggage limit applies to those who book under these tariffs.
