JetScreen, our free onboard entertaining services, will delight you with an exhilarating selection of Indian, Hollywood, local and cosmopolitan films, renowned television shores, videogames and tunes to match every vibe and every aura. Everything you need is a Wi-Fi compliant mobile phone like a smart phone, a tray or a notebook with a few simple moves and you are done!

The JetScreen can simply be viewed from a Wi-Fi-enabled (802.11g/n) smart phone, tray or notebook that meets the following needs. For selected notebooks you will need the latest Adobe Flash Player and Widevine Media Optimizer plugins. Make sure all your PC equipment such as smart phones, tables and notebooks are sufficiently recharged before enjoying our conversation.

To be courteous to the person sitting next to you, please use your own headset while listening to our JetScreen game. We recommend that you keep the sound on your PC at an appropriate setting while listening to our JetScreen contents so that all in-flight messages are heard. Any equipment such as mobile phones, trays and laptop computers must be turned off during take-off and descent or on the instructions of our flight attendants.

Launches Jet Airways WiFi service during the trip

Soon, Jet Airways could become the first Indian carrier to offer a WiFi connection on board its aircraft. It said it will soon offer wire-free streaming of films, TV shows, a broad range of genres of music, online gaming and children's programs directly on passengers' Wi-Fi-enabled PCs such as smart phones, pallets and laptop computers on Jet Airways services, which will be the forerunner of the full range of services on the web.

It will be phased in and deployed from the second trimester of 2016 on next-generation Boeing 737s in the Jet Airways family. In addition, the full-fare carrier is planning to switch from a streamed to a full bandwidth connection in the near term (subject to government approvals) so that passengers can take advantage of web browsing, email, online community communications, connection information, IM, real-time passenger information and destinations.

As soon as the facility is fully operational, visitors can benefit from a high-quality audiovisual media archive, a state-of-the-art 3-D aircraft tracking system, hands-on gaming and easy navigation to a variety of destinations.
