"An " shall refer to the User's User Agreement which the User has established upon request to become a member of a Community or a Deemed Community or a Registered Community or an Open Community. "Law " means the 1988 Motor Vehicles Act and the regulations adopted under it in the city of operation and shall include any change, alteration or repetition thereof or any other subsequent regulation in the meantime in effect.

"The term "authorised driver" means and includes persons who can be assessed, nominated and instructed by the authorised operator to perform the transport service on that operator's behalf in accordance with the relevant requirements for authorisation and the law in force. "CSP' means an authorised driver and/or an authorised vehicle operator who offers the facility to transport clients within the Operating Cities from the collection points to the collection points as notified by the client at the request of the reservation on the Application. "Plant " is a town where the application was started and the clients and ASPs use or provide the transport capacity.

"An " Open Community " means an organization of individuals who, at the discretion of the Customer, do not have e-mail addresses or the same domains in their e-mail addresses or any other similarity, however grouped as a Communities for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions. "Genuine ID" means your actual, live and effective e-mail ID that you have entered to use and access the Platform.
