Srilankan Airlines Time Schedule

1.2 Before we take delivery of your reservation, we will inform you of the planned time of your journey and display this on your ticketing. We may need to modify the planned flying time after your tickets are issued.

By providing us with your personal information, we will endeavor to inform you of any such changes. If we make a material alteration to the planned flying time after you have purchased your Tickets which is unacceptable to you and we are not able to arrange an alternative air fare which is unacceptable to you, you will be eligible for a reimbursement under Clause 10.2.

9.2 Cancelation, diversion, delays, etc. Exercising these procedures and in order to avoid cancellations, we may, in certain cases, require a different airline and/or another airplane to fly on our behalf. However, in the event of a cancelled reservation, we may not be able to provide a replacement airline or another airplane. 9.2.2 Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, if we are cancelling a particular course, failing to properly schedule a course, failing to stop at your final or intermediate point or missing a connection on which there is a seat reserved for you, we will, at your choice, either

9.2.2.2.4 provided that you are eligible to pay indemnity in accordance with relevant laws and/or our denied boarding indemnity policy UK (if any. A copy is available on request). In the event that we are not able to make available previously reserved seats, we will compensate those who have been refused carriage in accordance with current legislation and in accordance with our Refusal of Carriage Remuneration Directive, where appropriate.
