Taxi cabin prices with Bing Maps calculate

Bing Maps now uses a new application to calculate the cabin price on a two point journey. Ricky Brundritt designed the taxi fare calculator as a filing for the King of Bing Maps contest. From now on, the application is available on the Bing Maps website. It offers the quickest itinerary and a fare quote on the basis of regular taxi fares in the region.

The Taxi Fare Calculator is one of many applications taken into consideration for Microsoft's King of Bing Maps game. Anticipate the Bing bulletin to appear on the August 20 Bing blogs. Bing's blogs already include several other contestants along with the taxi fare calculator, such as World of Football, Random Location, Ricky's Data Viewer, Apo-AT, Festivals de Theatre, GeoSalesTax and Microsoft Regional Directors.

Some of the candidate can already be used in Bing Maps. Microsofts has used this contest and other incentives to promote the Bing Maps developer interface and the smart Silverlight 4 bell and whistle. It has to be competitive in a niche that is already driven by established apps such as Google Maps and Mapquest.
