The TfL only accepts private driving license requests for testing carried out in a RELT-center. Trinity SLELT qualification is also recognised by the UKVI for UK citizenship, residence and visas application. That means that the ISE I (B1) SIELT can also be used for the application:

Transient light signals and gauge barriers will be installed at the intersection of the A406 at Harrow Road from this evening, Thursday, until December at 22:00. The Piccadilly underpass will be shut from Saturday 04:00 to Monday 04:00 due to the installing of video monitors. Taxi ranks are operated in Kew Road, at the Victoria Gate entry, today, Thursday, between 9:30pm and 11:30pm.

Between 15:00 and Saturday night middle of the night, the streets around the arena will be more crowded than ever, covering the A406, Harrow Road and Wembley High Road. From 21:30 to 23:30 on Saturday and Sunday the streets in the area with Lewisham Hill, Mounts Pond Road and Goffers Road will be blocked. The Hare and Billet Road is currently shut and will be reopened on Monday at 20:00.

A mixed taxi stand will be operating on Goffers Rd on Saturday from 20:30 to 23:30 and on Sunday from 20:00 to 23:00 and a pre-booked private pick-up will be carried out on Hare and Billet Rd. Taxi's as well as private rental cars are permitted after roadblock.

The following closings can be made from 22:00 to 22:30 on Saturday and 21:30 to 23:00 on Sunday: Between Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner, and the eastward leading driveway from Knightsbridge to Hyde Park Corner. Between 08:00 and 22:00 on Sunday, streets in the area will be blocked, to include Dalston Lane, Queensbridge Rd, Richmond Rd and Mare Rd.
