Finding the best weekend to travel with this utility.

There is no need for me to have to go home one weekend over the other, I only chose one, checked the rates and took a plane. When you have weekend excursion schedules "sometime" this comingummer, but are not quite sure yet, if the WeekendFlights page can help you limit your possibilities.

The website is specifically designed for weekend trips and allows you to enter your departure and arrival points and then compare the costs of a one-way long weekend airfare. As I tried to search for flights from San Francisco to RDU, my home base, there were no available.

While there are no flights on weekend flights, this makes perfect business, but it's still a little irritating that the services don't work at all when the number of flights is low. The data is shown in a calendars and colored so you can quickly take a look at the results and see what a good weekend to go would be (they're green), a dodgy weekend to go (they're yellow) and a poor weekend to go (they're red).

If you find a weekend that you like, you can bet on the next prize to see what your weekend flying choices are. If you prefer an air carrier, the lower tariff was the one on the home page, but there are other more costly option available when you click on it.

They can do something similar with Google Flights. WeekendFlights' advantage is that it limits your results to weekend and one-way flights and is color-coded, making it easy to select your winner. If, however, you want to fly at any time during the weekend and are willing to make a few calls, Google Flights might be a better choice.

As with all air plane ticket sales, it is always a good idea to do a little comparative buying before buying. I' ve been lucky in the past to find the lowest flights for my needs on Google Flights, but there are still sometimes one or two wildcards where you can buy a few dollars less somewhere else.
