One of the taxi driver's stop signs was shot this early on in the street in front of the opposite side of the street and a slit was made in front of me leading me off the street and onto the railroad track of the Phillips Field Rd, putting my life, that of my beloved ones and the nearby driver at risk.

Clearly, by saying they would deal with it, they mean doing nothing at all and allowing one of their riders to jeopardize the life of what they want.
