We do not fly aeroplanes; FAA-licensed and DOT-registered airlines that participate in the Programme have full operative oversight of all services provided or organised by us. In the case of regular on-demand and regular shuttles, wheel up shall act exclusively as an intermediary for wheel up members and passengers who organise these services on their behalf. However, wheel up shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of such services.

Wheels Up shall act as the primary operator responsible for shuttles which operate as Public Charter Services by providing such services in accordance with the DOT Public Charter Regulations set out in 14 CFR Part 380. Every Wheels Up owning or chartered airplane is rented to and operates solely by the airline that operates it.
