The Kensington College of Business

This course is subdivided into four parts or units, which include the following: Company secretary, directors, incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, credit capital registers and legal yields and stock exchange listing standards. Company Registrar, Membership and Bond Register, Share Transfer Procedure and Registration, Legal Documentation, Dividends, New Issues and Acquisitions, and Approved Employee Share Programs.

Issues discussed included the regulation architecture of the industry, regulative oversight of the functioning of global finance networks, regulative oversight of transactions, regulated client-client relations, investors' equity, oversight of senior executives and risk management, and risk management. Pupils will take two exams in February and two exams in June.

ICSA is the moderator of the ICSA examination. Results provided to a student shall be equal to the percentages given below: CCSP course costs £1200. The fee must be fully payed before the start of the course. Pupils can decide on one of the two events: On-line course takes place on one afternoons per weeks (Tuesday 15:00 - 17:00), with on-line inspection course in January and May before examination.

All four courses must be completed within 9 months/1 year, unless they have extenuating conditions that prevent this. In the case of courses with recognised attenuating effects, the course may last up to 3 years. ICSA materials are prepared in English. The exams will be held in English. When English is not your native tongue, we suggest a scoring of six or more for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equal.

To enrol for this course, please fill out the enrolment request below and send it back to the institution with your deposit. Affiliated pupils should submit a note from their sponsors. You should state in this document that you are going to be funded for the length of this course and to whom/where you wish to send the bill.

The course is not suitable for foreign pupils who need a godparenthood for immigrant reasons. If you are a graduate trainee, you do not need to submit an application for ICSA membership, but should contact KCB directly.
