The 50 minute ride between Zürich and Stuttgart was substituted by a 4-hour one. We don't get our cash back, I'm gonna use Switzerland air again. Due to the review of our travel to Italy, we chose to travel with us to Switzerland. The first stage led to Florence with a stopover in Zürich.

Terrible plane. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with the flights and the service on the plane. Had a great journey to LA with the chinese air company. You have a great service on bord, great conversation, very good meal and a great choice of wines & chocolates. I flew from Budapest with a good train service to Zurich in less than 2hrs.

I was disappointed with SWISS's flights to Athens and back. That was at the end and beginning of our journey to Athens from Brisbane Australia. Up to this time of our journey we were on the road with Singapore Airlines. I was on the 777-300ER and then on the 320 on the way back.

On the first 777 ride. Switching to another aircraft in Zurich was like watchwork, even custom. More than 10 hours flying time due to headwind and great services. There were 4 cabin crew members in our businessclass who took over. And I had a cool mind and was struggling to balance my ear.

Air crew not kind. A coworker said to me, I should blindly lock my windows, although it was darkness and we were not even near the goal. We haven't had such a good ride in a long while. I' ve flown at least three flights with Swiss, and with many other airline companies. Every single moment I got the best feeling about Swiss, they agree with their service and the aircraft quality:
