The Jetfly Tickets

Justfly.com, it's just a con. - Travel by Air Forum

From today, May 26, 2015, I will make it my mission if anyone who asks about Justfly knows it, don't even make it an optional when it comes to making a reservation. Me and my husbands are planing a journey to Hawaii, the tickets to Hawaii can be quite high. So, when I kept getting the Justfly Fare Alerts, I said why not.

Calling the 800 number, I talked to a reservations representative with very poor spoken and written German. Rezevationist "Ian" spelt each note in the order of my husband's name to make sure the name corresponded with what was on the government's Low badge, and see, when I got my booking, his name was incorrect.

Justfly immediately recalled Justfly, got me another reservist "Polo" with terribly cracked English, informed the individual of my awkward situation and they said to call back within 24hrs. The next morning I phoned back, another reservist "Rizelle" with you suspected it, English fraction said they had to cancel the flight, charged me $75 to fix the error "Ian".

As I was on standby (10 min, then Rizelle came back on the line to tell me that she was "trying" to get in touch with the airlines, put me on standby for another 5 min), I checked for Justfly ratings and found that several folks had the same complaints as me.

You entered your data wrong, the only way to fix it is to levy a $75 forfeit. As Rizelle came back on-line, I told her that I would call my cc firm and have the fees undone and notify them to the BBB Internet Division.
