Sounds like she phoned Last Minute to call off the first leg, but they didn't do anything about it. Don't use lastminute.com, they went broke about 18 month ago and were restored as Phoenix Firma - Lastminute.com is run by the new start-up LM.NEXT located in Hatton Garden, London. Even though with Bravofly being one of the king of shaonkies, LastMinute going miscarriage, or just being shut down by Sabre (her former owner), Bravofly would have been much better for consumer.
