Updated General Business Rules will be published on the provider's website and come into force 1 hour after publication. Reservations made by the passengers shall not be considered to have been approved by the Carrier unless they have been approved in written form by e-mail, phone or other means by an agent of the Carrier.

Specifications for the provision of assistance are contained in the Supplier's commercial literature, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the passenger booking (if the Supplier accepts them). Performance is only provided as specified in the supplier's pricelist. Images, photos or descriptive material, whether on the website, in booklets, prize catalogues or other materials published by the supplier, are for guidance only and are not legally binding on the supplier.

Contractor retains the right to make changes in the specifications of the Activities that are necessary to comply with current security or other legal or government regulations or, if the Activities are to be performed in accordance with Contractor's specifications, that do not significantly impair its Activities. Subcontractors are not authorized to make statements or make any claim with respect to the Work unless the Provider has given written notice thereof by e-mail, phone or otherwise.

By concluding the contract, the customer accepts that he/she does not base him/herself on such presentations and renounces any right to beaches that are not so certified. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as changing unless otherwise expressly authorized in Writing by e-mail, phone or otherwise between the passenger's authorized representative and the Vendor. The Vendor's prior consent, the provision of the Services, any typographic, ecclesiastical or other incidental error or omission in any commercial literature, quote, pricelist, acceptance of quote, billing or other documents or information published by the Vendor shall be corrected without the Vendor being liable for such modification.

Pricing of the services is the amount stated in the Tariff Schedule issued by the Operator at the moment of accepting the booking, or another amount that can be arranged in written form between the Operator and the Traveler. If the supplier has indicated a different rate for the services than that stated in the rate card issued by the supplier, the indicated rate shall apply only for 24 consecutive working days or at a different date fixed by the supplier.

By notifying the Passenger at any point prior to despatch, the Carrier retains the right to raise the rate of the Services in order to take account of the rise in the costs incurred by the Carrier due to a cause beyond the Carrier's reasonable Control (e.g. fluctuations in currencies, monetary regulations or changes in charges, changes in deadlines, volumes or specification of the services the Passenger wishes to receive, delays due to Passenger instruction or the Passenger's omission to provide the Carrier with reasonable information or instructions).

Contractor shall reserve the right to use the Contractor's or Subcontractor's (hereinafter referred to as "Third Party") Service to perform Passenger Service. If applicable, i.e. name, address of such third party, these will be provided by the provider on demand and at the provider's own judgement.

Bookings for services on the following days are charged with a 50% supplement on the quoted prices: There will be a 1 hours limit for obtaining addresses and a 3 hours limit for obtaining airports, whereupon the booking without contacting the passenger will be considered a no-show.

However, all non-monetary ( "Pound Sterling") amounts paid to the Carrier for the performance of the Services & on all confirmations of reservation made directly or indirectly with the Carrier will be subject to a £3.00 Carrier Charges ("Booking Fee") to the Customer (in excess of a payable ("Cash") & or reduced price).

With the exception of the airport wait, all pick-ups are free for the first 5 min, after which you will be billed 40 pence per min for the total stop. Free 60 min wait from arrival date (additional free wait may be required at check-in ), thereafter you will be billed per min charge of 40%.

No fees are payable for reservations paid for in anticipation using a bank transfer or direct debiting account with 24-hour notice at the effective pick-up-date. Passengers who miss a plane and inform us in writing by e-mail, text or telephone will not be billed.

Failure by the traveller to provide us with information that is likely to be fraudulent, such as his/her ticket number, date, postal or telephone number, etc. Pick up from international airports; If a traveller cannot reach the chauffeur in the arrivals lounge or make direct communication to let him know his position within 2 hour of arriving, he will be considered a No Show. If for any reasons your ticket is canceled and you are on a trip at a later date, you may notify us at any stage so that we can put your reservation on shelves.

Force majeure, explosions, floods, storms, fire or casualties; war or war hazards, tampering, riots, civil unrest or confiscation; any act, restriction, rule, regulation, order, prohibition or action of any kind by any government, parliament or local authority; road injury, obstruction, congestion, lockout or other labour or commercial dispute (whether or not it involves the Provider's personnel or any third party); delay, annoyance, loss of or damage to flights; or any other cause of action, restriction, regulation, order, prohibition or action by any government, parliament or local government; or any act, restriction, regulation, order, prohibition or action by any government, parliament or local authorities; or any other cause of action, restriction, restriction, restriction, regulation, prohibition or action by any government, parliament or local government; or any other person.

Except as specifically provided in these provisions, all guarantees, representations or other requirements implying by operation of state, federal or state laws or regulations are fully precluded to the maximum permissible degree. Customer agrees with Provider that:- Customer shall consider the Contract and all information received from Customer about Provider's shop and/or product as strictly confidential and shall not use or share such information with any third parties without Provider's previous agreement in writing, provided that this obligation does not extend to information that is publicly available except due to Customer's delay; Customer shall make all efforts reasonably necessary to secure observance of this requirement by its staff, officers and representatives.

These conditions shall also apply after the end of the agreement. Neither a renunciation by the supplier of a violation of the agreement by the passengers shall be deemed a renunciation of a later violation of the same or any other regulation. In the event that any term of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining terms of these terms and conditions and the rest of the term shall remain in full force and effect.

This contract shall be construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales.
