Norway Air Shuttle specifically only deals in point-to-point travel - in practical terms this means that your route has no impact on fares, rather than making one-way travel costly artifically (and perhaps having some cheap two-way travel for it), which most carriers do. There is no need to look for a multi-city or two-way alternative; there is none - but be sure that this does not mean that your one-way journeys are needlessly high.

As Tom I would suggest to clarify the price with e.g. Hipmunk, but if Norwegian serves the participating destination, you will see that their one-way fares are usually quite competetive. Numerous airlines' web sites provide a so-called "multi-city" facility for booking/searching. While you can generate all types of routing, you must be aware that the carrier you are looking for may not be serving all city pairings.

Perhaps you can use the Allianz sites to build a multi-carrier route. OTA (Online Tour Operators) can provide a multi-city solution that can bring different carriers together. Traditional tour operators can also arrange routes with several carriers. BUT....... these last three uses may refer to one-way tariffs, as the tariff regulations often cannot be combined between two independent carriers.
