Today we not only have a present day vehicle, but also a "taxi of the future" carried by unbelievable figures: more than 10,000,000 taxi rides per year, 1,300 contracts with specialists, small and large companies, all this thanks to a timely and profitable call handling system, ensured by 700 modem phones for telephone conversations and 150 reception telephones in the central office.

Throughout the long road we have taken to reach today's objective, the cooperative's main concern has always been the management of the services and only the customer. The concept of inclusion is used by the European Union to describe actions aimed at the involvement of those who use a given activity.

U.R.I., Radio Taxi Union was established in 2004 as a response to the growing need for nationwide coverage, organisation and co-ordination of all radio taxi facilities established by taxi operators throughout the year. The Union, which operates throughout the whole territory with more than 50 radio taxis, still stands out for its ongoing improvement initiatives in terms of services and technology innovations, with an emphasis on society and the environment.
