What is Charter Service

Charter Service - What is it?

Transport service that is temporarily provided to a customer. If a payment as described above is not made, the charter ends before the conclusion or before the expiration of the charter period. Where is the distinction between a charter, a transfers and an hourship?

WHERE IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CHARTER, A TRANSFERS AND AN HOURLY FEE? The Charter Service applies to a group of persons who have completed the use of a car for a specified period of using a specific route at a specific fare. For all charter we need at least 3 uninterrupted workinghours.

A $25 rebate is given on all Hochzeitscharter for the use of more than one vehicle, and a free champagne vial is given to those who have rented 2 or more cars for their ceremony. Any charter, honeymoon charter included, must be paid in advance for the specified period in advance of the date of the event.

In case a rented car is needed and extra hours are needed, the agreed price will be calculated in 30 minutes steps. We cannot, however, warrant that the rented car will be available for extra use. When the customer has deposited a plastic deposit, we debit the plastic deposit on the basis of the driver's estimation of the extra amount of extra processing times needed to finish the transport on the floor.

In case the vacancy is after 11 pm or the charge is rejected, a deposit is needed to finish the work. In the event that a fee as described above is not paid, the charter shall end before the conclusion or expiry of the charter period. Transfers refer to a chauffeur who meets a specific individual or group of individuals at a specific place and transfers them to another place.

Our shop calls this "point A to point B service." Transfer is subject to a finite stand-by or waiting period, which means that the passenger(s) must be available for collection upon arrival of the car. In addition, the car departs at the moment of return after having taken the passenger(s) to their intended location.

Similar to a taxiservice we carry humans from place to place. The service is particularly attractive to managers from other towns working in the Metro New Orleans metropolitan area. Transfers to and from aerodromes in the metro area are the most commonly used means of transportation. Historical prices and transfers depend on the car model, the seat occupancy of the car and the service provided.

Reliable service representatives can help you identify the best car for your needs and the amount of elapsed times to meet your needs.
