Order your cab to the airport in advance or place a personal order when you need it. Be sure to make sufficient reservations for the trip to the airport. You are also advised to follow the directions of your flight carrier and Finavia, the airport manager.

Please call +358 100 0700 for orders directly. Taxis arriving within a few moments of your order. Just choose the airport (Lentoasema) from the destination listing to see the length and estimated cost of the trip. You will be picked up by cab at the appointed times. Reservations can be made up to two week in advanced, but no later than half an hours before the requested pick-up period.

Airport taxis: At both airport terminal, directly in front of the arrival terminal, cabs are available. We have 4 tracks for different cab companies. Below the tracks there are screens showing the prices of the individual companies. It is also possible to book a cab in advance to see you or your guest at the airport at the appointed times, Tel: +49 (0) 93948-1.

Drivers welcome you in the arrival lounge with the arranged signs. You can find the right cab under the cab number on the top of the cab. Your taxis number is given in the app.

Taxi | Stockholm Arlanda Airport

The ecotax is the only service Arlanda provides - an important part of the airport's continuous pursuit of the environment. There are now electrotaxis at all terminals. There is a direct access to cabs in front of all terminal buildings. You will only find cabs at the cab stands that have an arrangement with Stockholm Arlanda Airport. If you wish to work for a particular cab operator or have any queries, please consult the caboperator.

There are now electrical cabs at all terminal buildings in Arlanda. Inform the cab stand manager that you need an electroTAX. Find information about the fare for your cab trip, comparison fare, payments, receipts and more. Peak fares for journeys within the designated zones are SEK 675.

1-4 persons and to one adress. Prices for an extra 5-8 people vary depending on the cab company. Please ask your chauffeur for the prices. If you need a bigger vehicle or a special fitted vehicle, e.g. a vehicle seating, please consult the taxis' stand manager. Ask the rider for the valid fare before departure.

The counter reading is valid for journeys outside the selected area. In Sweden, free pricing is applied to taxis as the taxis are liberalised. Select the firm and vehicle that best fits you, you don't have to take the first in line one. Every cab operator must quote comparison fares for all kinds of journeys.

It is always charged on a so-called tipical trip of 10 km, lasting 15 min. Comparison prices are given in large numbers in dark grey on a backdrop in amber. Indicate the highest comparison fare used by the taxicab with large numbers.

Ask always whether the cab operator uses fixes. When you have got a fix rate, you should enter it before you start and see it in the taximeter display. Taximeters must be active during the entire ride. When you pay with the credit cards, you should get both a bill of lading for the amount of the credit cards and a taximeter bill.

Make sure that you get a taximeter voucher at the end of your travel, which contains the license plate together with information about the cab operator and the cab rider, e.g. the cab rider ID on the cab rider's ID document. Keep your receipts, they are necessary if you forgot something in the vehicle or if you file a claim against your itinerary.

First, you should consult the cabpany. It is possible to order cabs available to persons with limited Mobility from and to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. When you have a Färdtjänst map in the Stockholm area, please get in touch with Färdtjänst and order as before. In case you do not have such a ticket, please ask the head of the taxist in front of each of the terminals ordering a proper one.

In Sweden, the Swedish Tourist Office is the regulatory body for cabs and is in charge of the payment of cab fare.
