I cannot pay my bill - Charter Spectrum

Sun - Charter has been fucking since last months complete about her website. *Tried* to login and pay my bill this months. I' m getting an infinite loop off Login's. So now it is telling me that I have to use my charter. net emails to sign me up (I never use my charter. net emails for anything).

I can " login " to my homepage, but I cannot pay my bill. Just sound like the same edition that a couple others have post about here where 1 had to probably creating a new bankroll you know isn't going to work, so don't make that mistake. What's more, it's not a new bankroll.

Just tried to log in and could have paid my bill, but that is the woman's onus. All I could do was log in with my user name, not my entire email adress. {\pos (192,210)}I made the error of generating a new charter ID. I tried to log in with my initial ID and my initial passphrase after a few short sessions.

Therefore, my advice is what it is best to wait a few day and try again with your initial login and passphrase. To me, it was my PRIMARY MAIL ADDRESS (which already has administrator private. )............. NO "@charter. net"..................annoying, but it works...... It was the user name I used and not the entire e-mail process.

In the end I paid my bill (late) on the telephone. A lot of folks didn't have to pay a bill in front of the web. I' m not using papers to pay my bill anymore. That' s really a stupid thing to ask, considering I paid my online bill. Also I had trouble signing in and it kept returning me to charter.net.

I somehow got to a page where I could modify my ID and now I can again get it, Techie01 said: "This is a problem that is being investigated. Whenever I call Charter, they say that they will call me back within 24 hrs - they say that my bankroll is blocked and they don't know how to unblock it.

I used Chrome a few time before I found the web browsing gimmick that seems to work for me and had no trouble signing in. Anyone who operates the charter website must be beaten with a horse. Think what he asked was, how did you pay all your normal invoices (electric phone auto charges, etc.) before there was something like the web?

I was not allowed to login to Charter by simply using my old username and my old passphrase, but it caused me to type my zip code on another page and then the same old username and passphrase worked. All my invoices are paid by my cooperative bank account incl. charter with on-line bank transfer.

Simpler than going to several locations to pay invoices. I' m having problems with it now, tried different browser and my login worked, but it just kept putting me back on the front page.

Anyone who operates the charter website must be beaten with a horse. The Charter website was ALWAYS one of the poorest pages on the web, said Meathax: Think what he asked was, how did you pay all your normal invoices (electric phone auto charges, etc.) before there was something like the web?

The point I think is that on-line payments is a feature provided by the charter; the use is promoted by them! Services are below average, nothing to be said about it in the Charter. I' ve been getting this the last couple of nights, too. So I tried the advise of compuguybna and signed in with my user name by dropting the @charter.net part.

He went directly to the payment side of the bill. Twitter has ticked off and the charterer' s supporting accounts are reacting to innumerable twitters with this preserved answer: quote: Further payment methods for your invoice: I' ve tried 10-15 over the last few week and it never works. Can get to the old page that asks for my zip code, but if I only use the user name part of my e-mail it will tell me that my login is wrong, but it works with @charter.net, but that of course brings me back to the other login page that fail.

It' not the end of the earth, I pay my invoices on the date they appear on-line, but that's a little irritating because I can't see the amount due or the invoice and I only chose e-bills. So why not simply use your bank's bill of exchange payment system? It' simple to put everything there for all your invoices and then pay from one place.

I have never liked having to login to more than one login to pay a lot of invoices, as said by XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX1: So why not simply use your bank's bill of exchange payment system? It' simple to put everything there for all your invoices and then pay from one place. I have never liked having to login to more than one login to pay a lot of invoices.

It' quicker, BOA lasts a few day and I want to match my accounts for the months immediately. At last I found out about this confusion, you have to "convert" your bankroll, but there was something strange about my bankroll that prevented it. Maybe something silly like my automatically created 32-digit passcode was cut off when it was taken over.

Therefore I set back the my login name, then login again and it led me through the conversion of the login and now I can login. I' m getting my charter bill on-line (no paper). Charters is infamous for the refusal of settlements / payment. If I pay via the cooperative, the amount is immediately debited from my bank statement and forwarded to the creditor.

Recipient (e.g. charter) may loose, misuse or misprocess this cheque. To me, Charter has a "less good" song when it comes to accounting.
