Below is a chart explaining the Taxi Cab fares system for travel from the airport to destinations within the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport area. According to the City Code, a $1.00 per ride from the airport is added to the taxi rate. At $0.38 per 1/6 of a kilometer thereafter, no more than $3.60 for the first kilometer and $1.92 per kilometer thereafter.

In some of the areas listed below, a flat-rate tariff applies which refers to one single traveller. The following applies to extra passengers: Place within Georgia: $5.00 per extra people. Outside the state: $10.00 per extra occupant, except to Hilton Head Island, where $10.00 per occupant over two (2) is billed.

If two or more persons board the taxi at the beginning of the journey and the objectives are not identical, all persons shall be required to make a proportionate payment of the flat-rate tariff. And the passenger (s) whose destination(s) is/are different from the one below must for the rest of the journey cover the price calculated on the counter.

I' m not giving you the choice of the cab you get. You just take the cab they give to the guy at the airport who says you should. Nearly every cab ride in Vegas costs $22.3.
