In addition, there are factors such as car parking/hangar, insurances, power plant stocks, aviation electronics stocks, annually inspected stocks, etc. In addition, there are extra overheads such as pilots' salary, crews' salary, bound / gates fee.

It is not unusual for some fractal property programmes, where all this is load, to reach 4,000-8,000/h at the end.
