Evaluate this deal! Well, I understand why this taxi firm has so many lousy critiques. Servicing is terrible, the chauffeurs are impolite underclass and outhouse. I' m amazed this company's still in business. I' ll get in touch with the major and the taxi inspector. Poorest firm in Mt Vernon!!!!

You never pick up your general telephone. About an hour before I get an answer, and when they do, they are impolite. If you never respond to someone's call that you're being impolite, how will you run a prosperous operation? Throughout the years I've seen a lot of friendly riders and some great dispatcher and Frankie was my absolute favourite.

All in all, Reliable was just that for me... quite fucking reliable. Usually I call them Dependable or New..... Usually I call Reliable or New Line, but I won't call Reliable anymore. was horribly impolite and non-professional. If you don't want to see this, I suggest you call another firm.
