Portable boarding passes must be preprinted at the check-in desk or at an aerodrome kiosk before the check-in desk is closed. With regard to the recent change by the Dubai Airport Authority, please be aware that the gate number for your flights will no longer be listed on your departure card from 24 January 2017. Visitors must check the Passenger Information Display (FIDS) at the Concourse and inside the Concourse in order to record their intended Booking Gate number.

Visitors can check this information within 90 min before the planned date of depart. The check-in desks are closed 75 min before your plane leaves. Ask all your passengers to check in in ahead to make sure your trip runs smoothly. Visitors who carry a paper e-boarding passport must trade it for a boarding card which will be displayed at the check-in counter at the airports.

Bordkarte will only be issued again after the guest's passport has been checked. Guests with a current boarding card must check their passport at the gates at least 60 min in advance of scheduled flights. Check-in at check-in desks begins 3 hrs before take-off.

In the USA and Canada, Secure and Secure flights enable passengers to check in mobilely up to 48 hrs before scheduled departures. Nevertheless, the on-board card (s) will only be issued within 24 hrs before take-off. Passengers who have check-in 48 hrs in advance of their scheduled flights will be asked to visit our web site or application 24 hrs in advance to create their e-boarding passports.

Guests traveling with checked luggage can check in at our check-in desk for fast luggage reclaiming. Guests can go to the check-in desk with their e-boarding pass for other wards.
