Require an Associates or CAD certificate or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Construction or similar related area.

SOLIDWORKS or similar programme expertise. Reading and interpreting skills in relation to engineering documentation and procedures. Needed to raise 20-50 pounds from time to time.
