Useful? Simple check-in and embark. The selection of dishes is good and enjoyable. Regular provision of snacks during the flight. With SriLankan Airlines flying directly to Melbourne every day, it is now a very comfortable option to travel to Sri Lanka or India. Upon returning the flight was interrupted with 3 day in Sri Lanka.

As my daugther was after a severe otoplasty, we informed the crews if she felt any discomfort due to cab compression. Special care was taken by the crews, who asked from occasion to occasion if they were feeling well, and the services and friendliness of the staff..... Useful?
