Extra passengers. Riders can calculate $1.50 for each extra passanger in the same group and to the same location. Excessive baggage and suitcases weighing 50 lbs or more will be subject to a $3.00urcharge. Passengers may ask for an excluding ticket to be issued by the dispatching agent. A $3.00 supplement will be added to the normal ticket price if a person is unwilling to travel with others.

Once a pedestrian has rented a taxi, there is no fee for up to five minute's taxi waiting for the pedestrian at the passenger's option. The Common Council may levy a supplement in the case of an energy/petrol emergency or if petrol prices are above $4.00 per gal for a 30-day or longer term.
