They were on schedule and the Cab Driver Ralph was fantastic! and if you want Yellow Cab, ask for Ralph. If you book more than 24 hours before pick-up, call 5 Times, beginning 30 min before pick-up, hang up twice and never show up.

They said they had a rider on the way straight out of time. Twice in that time, they just confirmed that the dude was on his way. They suddenly let me fall to crown it all when I phoned them to call off the taxi an entire time later.

When I got in a taxi and was on my way to my goal, he turned his back when I gave him my credit cards (Visa logo). He dropped me off at the 24th and Washington. Some other taxi guy took me to my goal for 37 bucks. Like I said, do the check.

Yellow rider would've made an additional $10 on the transaction. Even if he chose to lose cash, he shouldn't have had to change his mind after I was in his truck. It was not only that my taxi left before my waiting period had expired and well over 30 minutes after the call inquiry, but the second taxi operator was impolite, non-professional (stuffed into kerbs, braked heavily, accelerated, etc.).

Because of the delay of these service I reached my goal one hours later than planned!
